Our handcrafted leads are the perfect choice for an eco conscious dog. They are made from 100% natural cotton rope that is manufactured in the UK & each lead is hand-dyed & finished using traditional splicing & whipping methods. Cotton Rope is: Soft to the touch Long lasting Vegan Hypoallergenic Sustainable Environmentally friendly We handcraft every product to order & aim to have it ready to within 4 to 8 business days. As our rope leads are hand dyed it is recommended to use a damp cloth to remove dirt. Leads can be washed by hand in warm soapy water but this may fade the colour of the leads over time. Hang wet leads & allow to dry naturally. Please note all our leads are handcrafted. Therefore, they may vary slightly in shape, colour & size. We test every product & hardware before sending. However, please check regularly for wear & tear. We recommend to always check your dog’s walking accessories before use. All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail 48 hour tracked. You also have the option to upgrade to 24 hour tracked at checkout if needed. International orders are all sent tracked. If something isn’t right, you can return your product up to 30 days after delivery. To qualify for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in a new & unused condition. Return postage has to be covered by the buyer & it is recommended that you get proof of postage & use tracked postage.
