Made from whitewood, 20mm thick & hand painted this is a beautiful touch to your home for any animal lovers the dog hook is made from rubber & comes in a variety of colours. Each wording is engraved using a laser machine. Size of plaque does depend on how long the name is but average size is 140mm wide by 200mm high. Each plaque comes optional with countersink holes (screws not included) Please message me with which name you would like & if you would like the countersinks holes, if no note left they will come without holes. Damaged/Lost items We package items as securely as possible to reach you safely during transit, however any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please ensure items are inspected thoroughly on delivery. Photographs must be provided of the damage, any item that has been disposed of before being photographed & reported will not be replaced or refunded. Returns Information If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the product for a refund (excluding personalised products). We unfortunately cannot refund any postal charges. You can return a product up to 21 days from the purchase date. Any returned product must be in the same condition it was received, unused & in the original packaging.
